Screening Round 1

Screening Round 2
This will be conducted on March 12 at 3 PM IST. Details about this round is available here. Only the folks who clear "screening Round 1" will be invited to this round.
Technical interview
This will be conducted between March 14 and March 22. The candidates who will clear the screening round 2 will be emailed a link to pick a meeting slot.
Communication round
This round will be conducted in the first week of April. The call will consist of 20 minutes of general discussion. This is not a technical round. We would assess if the candidate is able to hold a conversation or not and is able to present his/her point of view clearly or not. We are not interested in what your point of view is. We are interested in how you present your point of view.
HR round
This round will be conducted in the second week of April. The candidate will be explained about BigBinary works and our culture etc. The call will consist of 20 minutes of general discussion.
To the qualifying candidate, we expect to make an offer by mid-April. The whole process will happen remotely. The candidates do not need to come to the office for anything. The dates mentioned are tentative dates and they are likely to change.
